Greenhouse insulation by the following methods:
1. Increase the light transmittance of the greenhouse film
First of all, high light transmission and non-drip film should be selected. Secondly, if water, dirt and snow are found on the greenhouse film, it should be cleaned in time to increase sunlight as much as possible to help improve the greenhouse temperature.
2. Improve the insulation of the covering
Traditional mulches include straw curtains, cattail mats, and quilts, but they are inconvenient to use, time-consuming and laborious, especially when wet in rain and snow, not only the weight increases, but also the heat preservation performance decreases. The greenhouse heat preservation quilt can overcome the above defects. It is made of super strong and high heat preservation new materials and multi-layer composite processing. It has the functions of light weight, waterproof, anti-aging, heat preservation and heat insulation, and far infrared reflection. The average service life is 5-About 9 years, the heat preservation effect is good, the temperature can be increased by 10 degrees relative to other coverings, and it is easy to keep and collect.
3. Warming measures are set in the shed
Measures such as temporary addition of stoves, use of high-power light bulbs, and opening of heating or heaters can be used to increase the temperature in the greenhouse. However, it should be noted that when using a fire to heat up, a smoke exhaust pipe should be installed to discharge the gas out of the shed to prevent crop gas poisoning. The direction of the heater outlet should not be directly opposite to the crop. More can not be lit in the shed to increase the temperature of firewood, because the smoke released when burning firewood is extremely harmful to crops.
4. Set cold-proof measures outside the shed
Dig a cold-proof ditch with a depth of about 40-60cm and a width of about 40-50cm in advance outside the greenhouse, fill weeds, sawdust, horse manure or straw into the ditch, and then close it with soil, so that the insulation effect in the greenhouse is good. When the cold snap strikes, you can also surround the greenhouse with grass curtains, corn stalks or smoke to prevent heat loss in the shed.
5. Increase the insulation of the back wall
There are two main methods, ① when building the back wall, you can stick a layer of brick on the soil wall, or build a hollow insulation wall, the wall is filled with polystyrene foam board and other insulation materials, easy to raise the temperature. ② The plastic film or tin foil coated with a metal layer is hung on the back wall of the greenhouse, and 1 meter is hung every 2-3 meters to reduce the heat absorption of the wall and increase the temperature in the shed by 2-3 degrees Celsius.
6. Implementation of high ridge cultivation
Winter temperature is low, through high ridge cultivation, increase the surface heat absorption area, increase the surface temperature, to ensure the normal growth of crops. In addition, the amount of water is adjusted synchronously to ensure that the water, heat and gas in the soil reach harmony and balance.
7. Ensure the sealing of the greenhouse
Regularly check whether the greenhouse film is in good condition, and repair it in time if it is damaged. The plastic film laid on the ground should be pressed firmly with soil to avoid cold air intrusion.
8. Irrigation treatment
Before the cold air comes, the greenhouse can be treated in advance. Because the water has a large heat capacity, when the cold air comes, the water in the greenhouse freezes into ice and needs to consume heat. At this time, more irrigation can prevent the temperature of the greenhouse from dropping too much and freezing crops.
